  • Fitness & Health Profile: We collect information regarding your physical goals (e.g., muscle gain, weight loss, endurance), available workout equipment, and weekly time commitments.
  • Dietary Preferences: For Premium and Elite plan users, we collect your dietary status (e.g., Veg, Non-Veg, Vegan) to generate tailored macro and meal guides.

B. Media and Device Permissions

  • Food Images: If you are an Elite subscriber using our Calorie & Macro Analyzer, the app will request access to your device’s camera and photo gallery. We process the food images you upload to estimate calorie values and macronutrient splits.
  • Device Identifiers: We may collect basic diagnostic, performance, and analytical logs to maintain app stability, prevent errors, and manage unique user authentication.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to fulfill our services and customize your personal coaching experience:

  • To Generate Custom Fitness & Diet Plans: Your inputs are sent securely to Google’s Gemini API to produce tailored schedules, rep ranges, and diets.
  • To Analyze Meals: Your uploaded food images are processed using Gemini’s multimodal computer vision models to estimate nutritional value.
  • To Maintain Real-Time Syncing: We utilize Firebase Firestore to store and synchronize your custom plans across devices in secure, isolated user directories.
  • To Monitor Subscription Tiers: Your profile fields are analyzed locally and in secure cloud checks to verify if you have unlocked the Premium (?249/month) or Elite (?499/month) tools.
  • Customer Support & Security: We use your email address to contact you regarding account issues, assist with database sync errors, or secure transactions.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, lease, or rent your personal information to third parties. To deliver our core AI functionality, we securely share minimal data with trusted infrastructure providers:

  • Google Cloud (Firebase): We use Firebase Authentication to secure your login status, and Firebase Firestore to save your workout histories and custom profiles. All database interactions occur within secure, user-isolated channels.
  • Google Gemini API: When you request a new fitness plan or analyze a food photo, your target goal, equipment availability, diet choices, or uploaded images are securely sent to the Gemini processing models. This data is handled in accordance with enterprise cloud privacy standards and is not used to train public foundational models.
  • Payment Processors: Transactions for our Premium and Elite tiers are processed through secure app store billing APIs (Google Play Billing). We do not directly collect, view, or store your credit card or banking details.

4. Data Security and Retention

The security of your personal data is a top priority. We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical measures:

  • All app-to-database requests are encrypted in transit via Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.
  • We retain your profile data, active fitness routines, and meal scan histories only as long as your account remains active or as required to maintain your cloud backups.
  • You may request immediate deletion of your profile, saved workout templates, and cloud-stored data at any time by contacting our support team or initiating a data deletion request in-app.
